When you purchase software from WHMCSVault (whmcsvault.com), it is not possible to “return” the product. As such, refunds cannot be provided unless specific conditions are met.

Conditions for Refund

We are committed to assisting you with any issues you may encounter with our products. Before requesting a refund, please open a ticket in our support desk and allow us 24-72 hours to resolve your problem. Our Support Team strives to address issues as quickly as possible.

A refund may be granted if:

  • The product you downloaded from our website is completely non-functional.
  • The product’s main description was fully misleading.
  • You did not download any or many files from our website.

If the product you purchased falls under these conditions, you have the option to request a refund. If you request a refund or open a PayPal dispute after receiving delivery, your account will be banned from further use of our site.

Refund Exceptions

Please be aware that no refunds are provided for:

  • Renewals: All renewals are strictly non-refundable. You can easily cancel the automatic payment at the deadline directly from your “My Account” page.

  • You broke your website while installing the product.
  • You did not receive technical support on WHMCSNulled.net due to non-compliance with our support policy.
  • You refused to provide access to your website for our support staff to investigate the issue you’re experiencing with our product.

Important Notes

Please note that:

  • You may cancel your account at any time; however, no refunds are provided for cancellations.
  • If you receive a refund, you are no longer allowed to use the downloaded premium products.
  • If a product is still damaged after an update, we may offset the amount of your refund by the diminished value of the product.
  • Refunds can take up to 14 days to reflect in your account.
